As a very busy entrepreneur and mom, I have had the pleasure of hiring Wendy from NEAT SPACES on several occasions to help reduce my stress by organizing my home office and various areas of my home. Wendy is professional, dependable and is very trustworthy with my business and personal information. What Wendy really did was help me to implement systems that effectively changed the way our little family did “business” ….Wendy helped us achieve easy to follow routines that helped to mange the before school/sports mayhem and as a result, allowed us to live more harmoniously overall. WOW! What can I say, I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome of the basement, it has brought tears to my eyes as the basement has been a huge sore spot with me for many years! It’s MY home now…
Cherylle continues to provide me with excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to Barb, I now have my basement reclaimed. I was able to have Christmas gatherings in our old recreation room with my family. They remembered it from their own childhood, which was awesome. So I now have my entire house completely reorganized and purged. Finally, it’s livable and entirely my own, rather than me living in my parent’s home. Of course there are plenty of reminders of my childhood left on purpose, but it’s MY home now. Barb did an awesome job, I was fortunate to have her guidance. Thank you.

There can be no price for peace of mind
I am extremely pleased with the whole process and all work done. There can be no price for peace of mind and a restored independence. I was able to to enjoy my home this past weekend, and to do several things (including baking!!) I haven’t done in months. I also had the energy to continue the sorting and re-arranging with Jo- Anne’s advice and suggestions echoing in my subconscious. Now that’s a very relieved client! So, with many thanks, I will certainly be back to you, and have already sung your company’s praises to several people.
Absolutely thrilled with the organization
We were absolutely thrilled with the organization that you and your team did for my daughter’s arrival home from having her baby. The apartment was set up perfectly for a baby to come home too. I don’t know what I would have done without Wendy when I had only two weeks to prepare my home for sale. She and her team worked tirelessly to organize and declutter the whole house. Wendy is a consummate professional, bringing in team when necessary and expertly directing the entire process. Thank you so much, for everything! Wendy: It has been a great job that you both did. Certainly something that Craig and I could not have managed with our work schedule. Craig really liked the living room. In fact his comment to me was that when we move into the new house, he would like me to call you for placement of furniture. His comment was that “space is golden”

I finally have floor space
Wendy, I couldn’t have done any of this without you. Needless to say, from the bottom of my heart I thank you. I finally have floor space. You have helped me get rid of bags and bags of garbage. Did I mention I have floor space! You have taught me life lessons. You have found my 95 screwdrivers and 10 hammers! You have totally made me excited about moving on, on my own. I am really excited about planning my kitchen and bathroom. I had ideas but couldn’t do them because of the extreme clutter. Because of you, I can move forward. If you haven’t realized it, it is huge! A huge thank you goes your way!
Wendy was there to lend a helping hand
It is with heartfelt thanks that I am writing this letter today. Wendy and her team have helped me through a very difficult time in my life. It was after a long illness that my home had become unmanageable and so cluttered that I couldn’t think straight. Wendy and her team came in and helped me organize, create efficient workspaces, reduce clutter, and throw away bags and bags of garbage. In addition, we put together bags of donation items, which made me feel great about giving back to the Community.
And then again, when I had to make a sudden move, Wendy was there to lend a helping hand. Her excellent time saving systems allowed me to get everything packed up on deadline and moved to my new home. She was also there when the moving van arrived at the new place, to help me organize the chaos of moving day and unload tons of boxes to get me started.
I always know Wendy will be there when I am feeling overwhelmed by clutter or need a quick “purge”. Her efficient, friendly, no-nonsense approach is refreshing and highly motivating.
So, thank you Wendy, for your help through some tough times and for teaching me some very valuable organizing “tips of the trade”. (But I still plan on keeping your number on my speed dial just in case!! LOL)

As someone who lives with a chronic neurological illness it had been a constant struggle to ‘get things organized” in my home. Organized Closet Systems - Design and Installation
Just wanted to thank you so much for your help with our front hall closet and back hall closet near the kitchen. They look amazing and are going to make such a huge difference in our everyday lives. No ‘throwing away’
Wendy was just the right person to help me get out from under boxes and bags that filled my basement. I knew I needed to purge but… She listened when I whined and pleaded to keep things, but then showed me how every single item had a place. She took things to donation centers and women’s items to a shelter, art materials to a non- profit school. Then she separated the recycle into every category imaginable; there was next to no ‘throwing away’. It was great! Thank you Wendy!!

You have given us back a third of our living space, that’s huge! It was an absolute pleasure working with you” I have to tell you, I just came up from the basement smiling. We’re going to friends for dinner tonight and I’m taking 2 bottles of wine, one as part of a gift and 1 for dinner. I went down to the wrapping centre (you created) and in the wine bottle bag drawer found a paper bag for the dinner wine and a matching hard case for the gift. What were the chances of that happening before? Alison and I both agree that the clean up and organization never would have got to the point it is without your input and guidance. I keep wanting to cry… from gratitude
This is a difficult testimonial to write because I keep wanting to cry… from gratitude. Wendy and Jo-Anne from Neat Spaces went far beyond being professional, timely, efficient organizers. They were an absolute god-send at a difficult time for my family and went far, far above the line of duty. I wouldn’t just recommend them. I’d open up my heart and home to them any time, any place. There are good business people and then there are just good people. During a sensitive time for my octogenarian mother, having been diagnosed with memory loss, ordered to relinquish her driver’s license and move to a senior home, they compassionately, efficiently helped her sort, organize and pack in preparation for a cross-country move – without any of us present to guide. They did everything – sorting, culling, separating, packing, labeling – with only Mom there and no one else. They were inclusive, warm, patient and remarkably organized. They supplied everything, finished on budget and garnered a friend for life in Mom. As she is having to say goodbye to half her beloved belongings, she couldn’t say enough positive things about “her helpers”… how good they were, how nice they were, how lucky she was to have them! It turns out, we were the lucky ones. To have chosen the perfect company to entrust a sensitive and challenging task to.

Very efficient, time saving and cost effective
A very belated, heartfelt, thank you for all your help with my Mum’s estate. As you know, I’m a senior with painful arthritis… actually I prefer to be called vintage. The thought of sorting, packing, labelling and distributing all of my Mother’s belongings after her death was overwhelming, until I called you for help.
Your simple organizational systems were very efficient, time saving and cost effective. You arranged transportation for donated items to family, friends, charities, and trips to the dump, and everything ended up safely at the right place. Having you come to my home to re-organize my basement and make room for things was wonderful. You are bright, cheery and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making a difficult task so much easier.
Your ideas for distribution helped so much…
I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and expertise helping with my deceased uncle’s condominium. What a load off of my shoulders to arrive one day and see everything packed up in boxes, and distributed where required. Your ideas for distribution helped so much. You were there at short notice when it was time to list for sale, and back again very fast when I notified you of a quick closing date. Now I can go away for the winter with a clear head, and nothing to worry about. You coordinated with those who were taking pieces of furniture, with a condo board member regarding booking the elevator and paying requisite deposit against damage, and then with the movers. I didn’t have to do a thing. This meant a lot when living over an hour away. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to anyone I know, who could use your services.

Wendy and her team give 110% to accommodate every aspect of relocating that needs doing. Shopping for and ordering furniture, change of address, last minute shopping for accessories needed to complete a move. Plus they coordinate donations to charitable donations of furniture that clients no longer need! Nothing is wasted- always giving back whether clothes or furniture or non perishable food items.
Wendy presents a cheerful, calm, confident nature which is very reassuring for long distance relatives moving elderly parents or grandparents. Wendy accepts any chore as being “no big deal” and truly becomes one of the family.
She and her staff are organized with a sense of calm that helps the client feel more relaxed about the process. In fact she is able to make it sound like an adventure. But a fun not a fearful adventure.

Easy and stress free…
For a single mom of 3 that has zero time, Wendy and her team made it easy and stress free preparing a home with 13 years of stuff in it for a move. Wendy lifted this task from my shoulders. She accomplished this in within 3 days notice and it took 5 days till completion. Wendy is a miracle worker. I am having her back to organize my new home as we unpack.

Best money that we ever spent. I just cannot imagine how we would have been able to do everything without you. I guess that we would still be surrounded with boxes. I read that moving can be just as stressful as divorce. Thanks to NEAT SPACES, it did not need to be stressful at all. I am back at work today and the house is unpacked so I am happy.

I should have done this 10 years ago
For the first time, I was able to retrieve information from my home office without the stress of where is it? and tearing through piles of paper endlessly. My daughter’s school had called for her medical records and I was able to retrieve this quickly from the new filing system Wendy had set up for us in our home office. NEAT SPACES does an incredible job assisting their clients with organizing their spaces and de-cluttering. Rather than throwing out items that their client’s no longer have use for, they ensure that all items are recycled and handled properly.
